Rest of the world – free ship above 300€ /30€ (7-8 working days)
ORDER DELIVERY
Delivery days are from Monday to Friday. Delivery is not available on weekends or public holidays. Orders are received by 12:00 for same day shipping.
Customers can have orders delivered to their homes or offices only. Delivery will take place during normal business hours. Thus, in order to facilitate the delivery, customers are asked to specify their business address or some other address where someone will be available to receive the package.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER
If you have not received your order by the projected delivery date and you have not been notified, please e-mail us at: onlineshop@alexandramoura.com (subject: I have not received my order”). We will do our best to make sure you still get your order. Delivery times are quoted in good faith, however we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries caused by circumstances out of our control.
