Access usage of the online shop www.alexandramoura.com grants visitors the status of user and implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the user. Alexandra Moura may at any time amend, in whole or in part, the Terms and Conditions contained herein;
Alexandra Moura customers are considered final consumers, subject to VAT payment, with the exception of residents in third countries outside the European Union.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
To place an order, you need to follow the steps below:
- Choose the products you want and add them to the “shopping cart”;
- Continue to “checkout”;
- Enter your personal data (if you are accessing for the first time) or login details;
- Enter the information regarding the delivery address and the billing address;
- Choose a payment method and click “Finalize Order”. When activating the button “Finalize Order” on the order form, the Customer fully and unreservedly accepts these Terms and Conditions of Sale as specified on the Website at the time of purchase;
- Make the payment;
- If the payment is authorised, the Customer will receive an order confirmation.
A copy of the order confirmation will be sent to the Customer’s email address. It is recommended that you print or download this copy for possible future reference.
